post), it occurred to me that I hadn't yet done the diet post thing. I
guess that's a sign of my emotional recovery from Eric's departure. I'm
glad about the recovery bit--I thought it would take a whole week.
Otherwise, yesterday was ok. Work was a little less stressful. I was
able to get everything cleared out in the SAME DAY!. Wow. I also was
able to use the treadmill for my scanned documents. Here's the list of
stuff:
Food: 2 eggs fried, large salad with lettuce, 5 oz sliced chicken, feta
cheese, bacon dressing; 2 string cheese; 6 thick sliced of queso blanco,
fried
Drink: 1 silk road tea with 3 splenda and heavy cream, 1 cranberry
green tea, 1promegranate pizazz tea, 1 Moroccan orange spice tea, 1
small pot blueberry bliss tea, several glasses of water.
Exercise: Bowflex Part 1, treadmill for 24 minutes, with some sprinting
involved. I also sprinted in place in my office for at least 30 seconds
once during the day.
I am planning on doing more sprinting in my office in between patients,
especially when I'm getting drowsy. I am also trying to train myself to
not need so much sweetness by avoiding sweetener in all my tea except my
first deliriously good cup.
