1/14/2009

Today was another day off. Once again, I did a bunch of housework, like
making the kids 2 beds that needed to be made, doing a bunch of laundry,
bagging up pillow, and starting with our headboard, trying to minimize
the junk there. I'm finding a bunch of stuff to toss as well. So I'm
active, getting a bit of exercise, and reducing clutter at the same time!

I had one problem: dinner was too large. I cooked up the rest of the
roast beef and there really was too much before karate. I think it's
best if I eat a smaller amount and then have cheese when I get home, if
I need to. I felt full, a bit bloated and slightly sick to my stomach.

Food: 2 eggs fried in butter, half the amount of the moo shi at Lilac
Blossom (shrimp moo shi, and it looked unfortuately like they'd dredged
the shrimp in cornstarch or something), previously mentioned roast beef
which I cut into pieces and sauteed in 1 clove garlic, pepper, Scotch
Bonnet pepper powder, Take Control, and a dash or two of worcestershire
sauce and pomegranate balsamic vinegar.

Drink: 1 silk road tea with 3 slenda and heavy cream; 1 mango green
tea; several tiny cups of tea at Lilac Blossom (plain); 1 water with 1
tsp ginger vinegar; hot water with 1 wedge lemon; several glasses water;
1 hot Aztec tea

Exercise: housework, walking around Walmart, 2 hours karate
