Wahoo-wa! After a weekend with the parents, still down to 153.5 this morning! Waist no better at 31.25 inches, but I'm willing to be patient.

So, yesterday. I tried to stay as active as possible, slogging up and down the concourses at the various airports I was at to make sure I logged in miles. Surprisingly, there were some very empty areas, one of which included a nook, that I was able to stop and do kata in. I still had to force myself to do all this, but I figured moving was what was important. A lot of the walking I did was with a heavy backpack on, too. It was sure a lot more fun walking with Dad.

Food: 2 small Egglands Best eggs fried, 3 pieces bacon; 7-8 oz cod with blue cheese dressing, medium salad with lots of iceberg lettuce, some shredded cabbage and carrot, 5 or 6 grape tomatoes, some radish and blue cheese dressing; 1 large end piece caliente salami and 1 string cheese; 2 jumbo eggs scrambled with boursin.

Drink: 1 silk road tea with 3 splenda and heavy cream; 1 cranberry pomegranate tea plain; 2 glasses water; hot water with lemon; 1 single shot espresso; 1 venti and 1 grande sweet mandarin orange Tazo tea plain; 3 little cups club soda with lime.

Exercise: I walked over 10,000 steps, but am only claiming 10,000 of them, because I also did 20 minutes or so of karate I am claiming, with my pedometer on.
