foul mood, which started with snowblowing. Here are the rules of snow
removal:
1. If I have to ask Doug what he wants me to do, I'm stupid, because I
clearly don't already know.
2. If I don't ask Doug and go on the basis of what happened last time,
I'm stupid, because I clearly don't know this time is different.
Basically, I'm stuck being stupid. The sarcasm I get is really, really
painful.
So, I was only somewhat active today, but I stuck with the diet.
Food: 2 eggs fried in butter; 4 slightly smaller slices of queso
blanco, fried; 5 balls of mozzarella marinated in oil; 2 quarter pound
hamburgers with reduced sugar ketchup; 1 large salad with lettuce and
bacon dressing.
Drink: 1 glass water; 1 silk road tea with 3 splenda and heavy cream; 2
pomegranate goji green tea; 2 blueberry acai roobios tea; 1 hot water
with lemon
Exercise: shoveled walkway, cleaned off car and shoveled around it,
cleaned snow off roof (fun!), stretches and a little se-za.
Weigh in tomorrow. I'll be sticking with this strict diet. Since I'm
eating so much slower and spreading my food out the way I am, it's very
do-able. I'm not hungry all the time. Still haven't learned to love the
unsweetened tea, but it's getting less painful.
