Wow! I haven't blogged since Wednesday! This is an oucher. I better add my food in here quickly.
Thursday and Friday I had 2 eggs fried in butter for breakfast. Saturday, I had 2 eggs fried in butter and bacon bits. Not so sure of that one. I ate leftover kielbasa and cabbage for lunch on Thursday, and a salad with blackened chicken, pine nuts, lettuce, feta and bacon dressing on Friday. Today I had homemade ceasar salad with salmon. I wasn't happy with the salmon, since it tasted fishy. I may just end up throwing the fishies out. I also put pine nuts on the salad.
Thursday night I ate raw broccoli and some form of protein, which I can't remember now. Friday, I had a burger with low carb kethcup and brussel sprouts, cooked. Today I had a tom yum salmon soup, and half of an order of chicken peanut curry. I have the other half for Monday or something. Maybe tomorrow?
Snacks: cheddar cheese and sausage on Thursday. 1/2 cup yogurt yesterday. 1/2 ounce almonds today.
Drinks: I've been good with those. The usual silk road tea in the morning, with the 3 splenda. I had a decaf coffee black yesterday. I have some green tea in the morning, though not today, and generally have one hot water with lemon and a club soda with lime juice once during the day. I had some herbal tea tonight as well.
I avoided lavender when I saw that, while it made people relaxed and drowsy, it could also increase appetite. Soooooo not going there.
Exercise: none on Thursday, over 2 miles on the treadmill yesterday, and 4 hours of karate today. And I mostly did karate those 4 hours, teaching or not.
I'm still mulling over the whole raw food thing. I'm going to see if I can get more information on it.
