Much better day for hunger. Seems to be less of a challenge when I don't work.
Food: 2 eggs fried in butter; 1 chicken sausage; 1 cup cooked leeks with some butter; filet mignon roast; medium salad with lettuce, pine nuts, sunflower seeds, bacon bits and blue cheese dressing.
Drink: water; 1 silk road tea with 3 splenda and heavy cream; 1 ginger pear spice tea; 2 soda water with lime; 1 hot water with lemon.
Exercise: treadmill 35 minutes with intermittent jogging; 20 minutes iGallop; Bowflex part 1.
