Somewhat easier today with the appetite and all. I ate a decent lunch at a decent time, and then didn't have snack until a lot later. I find the salami to be a bit too salty. I think I'll have to come up with another snack to eat. I'd love to have the string cheese the way it was before, but the stuff I bought recently was just too salty.
Food: 2 eggs scrambled with smoked turkey and monterey jack and mixed shredded cheese; 1 large salad with lettuce, sliced chicken, pine nuts feta cheese and bacon dressing; sliced salami, 2-3 ounces; 1 hamburger with sauteed bell pepper, onion and low carb ketchup.
Drink: 1 silk road tea with 3 Splenda and heavy cream; 1 cranberry-pomegranate green tea; 1 raspberry acai white tea; water; soda water with lime; hot water with lemon.
Exercise: 19 minutes and 40 seconds on the treadmill with max speed 7 mph.
I did the exercise while reading documents from work. This was very satisfactory. I will note that I got a bit tight recently.
