Wah. Gained a pound this past week. I had a suspicion that might be the case, and I guess the weight loss was too good, this close to goal, for it to continue at its former awesome pace. So I'm now 154.5 pounds. I did go down to 30 inches at the waist, though, so that part is good. It does mean I'm about 10 pounds over target still. Could have had something to do with the Chinese food I ate over the weekend.
I didn't get much formal exercise yesterday. I clocked in at over 10,000 steps, but part of that was due to wearing the pedometer on the iGallop. I'd love to be able to sit on that thing for hours a day, but I find if I stay on longer than the programed 15 minutes, I get back pain low down. Can't have that--too much of my other activity depends on a good back.
Here are the totals:
Food: 2 eggs, scrambled with boursin; 4 slices of cheese, fried; 1/2 serving moo shu shrimp; 3 chiecken wings with just a little flour dredged before frying.
Drink: 1 silk road tea with 3 splenda and heavy cream; lemon ginger green tea; spice of life white tea; early grey white tea; coconut roobios chai; hot water with lemon.
Exercise: 15 minutes on the iGallop, with total walking 10,000+ steps, though some of the walking was the iGallop.
