Worked on the 21st, due to being on call. It was a very busy day, with a lot of patients, and I was really hungry. It was interesting, because I didn't work today, haven't been that busy, and have exercised, and I'm a lot less hungry. I ate a late breakfast today, granted, but then went over 5 hours and wasn't particularly hungry. I suspect I get ravenous at work due to a combination of heavy brain use and stress. I wonder if meditation would reduce my appetite?
Food: 2 eggs, fried in butter; broccoli salad; rest of my gai krapow; 6 ounces yogurt; Shorty's blackened chicken ceasar salad (distinguished by the use of a lot of pine nuts--yum!)
Drink: 1 silk road tea with 3 splenda and heavy cream; 1 cranberry pomegranate green tea; 1 hot water with lemon; some water (not sure how much), blueberry bliss roobios tea
Exercise: 20 minutes light jog on the treadmill. Otherwise, just about nothing.
Bummer, man. Already doing better today.
