3/8/2009

I have again missed a couple of days posting food and will try to fit this in quickly.

Friday food: 2 eggs fried in butter; leftover Moo shi; 1 ounce spicy peanuts; cheese curds (didn't measure); raw broccoli with Padang sauce; 2 thick pieces fried cheese (probably equivalent of 3 pieces).

Saturday food: 2 eggs scrambled with sliced chicken and cheese; raw broccoli with Padang sauce and 3 pieces fried cheese; sauteed turkey kielbasa with onion, mushroom, bell pepper, shredded cabbage, worcestershire, vinegar, olive oil and sriracha; 1/3 cup Stoneyfield yogurt.

Drink: other than the 2 silk road teas (one each morning), I had nothing with sweetener of any kind.

Exercise: 15 minutes on the iGallop on Friday; moral equivalent of maybe 1.5 hours of karate due to it being kumite, and my mostly standing on the sidelines.

I think I need to talk to Walter Harms about needing to practice the kumite to take my test, so I actually need to get out there and get some experience.
