So I went out to dinner tonight and as advertised, didn't pay attention to the carbs. the bread was worth it, and the meal was good, but what was I thinking with the dessert? Thank God I didn't finish it. I also had a hard cider. Word to self: don't go there again. Don't order the banana burrito.
Slow chewing does help, though, when I can remember to do it. I think it lets my brain figure out that I'm taking in calories. It seems to keep count.
