Worse, I'll be going to NYC to visit Marc, and need to be able to walk a lot when I get there.
The p,an currently is to go to Planet Fitness, at least 2 days per week, to continue with cardio fitness on an Exercycle, while alSo using the weight machines. I'll only get about 3 or 4 in before going to NYC, though I can probably go there next Saturday. Hmm. That would be 4,then.
Eating is another issue. I'm still thinking about that. Small plates, definitely. More raw food. I'm thinking ziploc salad, adding dressing and pine nuts to a beg of lettuce, then using plates.
Today is more or less a lost cause. Tuesday as well. I think I will have to start Wednesday, suspend on the 19th for party, then the trip to NYC and Vermont, then resume Monday the 27th. I will need to run 2 months straight after that.
Going to have to think out the details.
